The Magic Keepers 1, The Eternal Hour Glass

The Magic Keepers is a book about magic, obviously. It is
about a boy and girl called Nick, who is trainee magician, and Isabella his
cousin. In this book the evil Rasputin wants the working eternal hourglass in
his possession to preferably, steal anything he wants. Although Rasputin has
the hourglass he needs the sand, which Nick has.
The eternal hourglass is an hourglass that if a magician
says the right words the amazing “relic”, as the magicians call these ancient
things, will stop time for ten seconds.
The book made me feel that I am glad I don’t have magic
because it would be too much trouble and I’d have to eat bad food if I was a
Russian magician as Nick described. They eat fish egg casserole! YUK.
These books are pretty fast to read so it would be good for
a one-day trip or a sleep over, anything you prefer that is short, but I’m a
pretty fast reader it might be easier for me. You can read this book and series
if you want. I personally think it is a good series.
I give this book a three out of five stars.
