Lately I have been interested in dinosaurs.  I have especially been interested  in spinosaurus. the first skeleton that was found... was obliterated in second world war :(.  it was was probably 20.9 tons in weight! It had a sail on back that was about 1.20 meters tall. It was possibly the largest carnivore that ever lived. hoped you liked it :).

Authors I recommend.

First I am going to tell you about Derek Landy. I like his sensational work on the Skulduggery Pleasant series. His books were action packed and adventurous. Derek Landy has a blog you can read it here http://dereklandy.blogspot.com.au.  I think he does an hour on it every day, he must like to write. If I ever got to ask Derek Landy a question it would be "what books would you recommend for me to read other than the Skulduggery Pleasant series?" I would also like to know what his favourite book was when he was 9.

Jenny Nimmo. I really liked Her Charlie Bone books including the secret Kingdom Prequel. The reason I like Jenny Nimmo's books is becasue they have great characters and has load of different settings. If I ever got to ask Jenny Nimmo a Question it would be "what authors to you think I would like?"

Third book in The Keepers trilogy

I have done the other Keepers trilogy and I don't see why I shouldn't blog the third book. This book is probably the craziest and best written book. One reason I think that this is the best written book in The Keeper trilogy so far is because the whole story is a problem - you get more adventure and less thinking. The first two books had a bit less action because the characters where spending their time looking at clues and traces, where in this book there is action packed adventure.

The best adventure is when Goldie went to the road of beasts and she had to get the beasts to help her. It was exciting. 

Toadspit was my favorite character in this book because he was the main character and the story was from his mind. He was successful in doing some tough tasks.

The story did not end how I thought it would. I thought the bad guy would get away but he didn't. I cant tell you what did happen to him!

I think this a good book and you should definitely read it. I give it 4.5 stars out of 5.

Skulduggery Pleasant

Skulduggery Pleasant – Book One

Skulduggery pleasant is a well written and described book.

I think this particular book has great characters and I will tell you some main characters now; skulduggery pleasant, Stephanie(Valkyrie), Tanith, ghastly and Serpine.

In this book Serpine gets his hands on the sceptre of the ancients and is killing nearly everyone! The sceptre is a killing sceptre that needs a black crystal at the top to kill though.

I wish I had magic because I could do great things. One of the great things I would do is click my fingers and a spark would appear and would turn into a flame.

The part I liked best is when Serpine and skulduggery were battling in the sanctuary. I liked it because it was exiting.

If I were the author an alternate ending to the story would be Serpine didn’t kill Skulduggery and Valkyrie but his rain continued and he die’s in the second book.

The best book I have ever read is probably The Keepers because it was very exciting and adventurous.

My next favorites are InkHeart and The Loblolly Boy.

Of all the books I have read, my favorite character is Capricorn (from InkHeart) because he is evil and he is funny.

The worst book I ever read was The Jungle Book because it was not very exciting.

 The Loblolly Boy made me a tiny bit scared just after half way in the book because he had to exchange which means a Loblolloy boys holds another persons hand (it has to be a certain person) and they swap bodies.

I want to read more books form Skullduggary Pleasant, Charlie Bone and the InkHeart Series.

The Keepers - City of Lies

This is another one of Goldie’s and Toadspit’s adventures. Bonnie is kidnapped so Goldie and Toadspit leap into action to rescue her and Toadspit is captured too! Goldie is caught up in the festival of lie’s where what ever she says means the opposite thing and no one can be trusted. She needs all her skill to save her friends and to survive. She needs to survive because the Fugleman is back in Jewel!!  If I could talk to Toadspit I would ask how is it being a keeper.

I particularly like the part in the book when the house went on fire because it was a dangerous moment. This book made me feel happy because it has a few happy bits like where there friends get back together and get to talk to each other. The character that I am most like is The Slommerkin (an animal beast) because it is rough and tough and very strong.

I can’t wait for Path of the Beast, which is the 3^rd book in The Keepers Series.

The Keepers - Museum of Thieves

It is a book with a few characters.  I am going to tell you their names now; Goldie Roth, the Grand Protector, Toadspit, Guardian Hope, the Fugleman, Herro Dan, sinew, Olga Ciavolga, Bonnie Hahn, the Brizzlehound, Broo and Morg. Goldie Roth has been strangely drawn to the museum of Dunt when she there she meets sinew, Olga Ciavolga and Herro Dan. But Goldie has two archenemies The Fugleman and Guardian Hope

The book is called the Museum of Thieves because it set in a museum and only thieves can get around properly and not get lost. My favorite character was Sinew, a good guy, because he thought well and was clever. I especially liked it when the Fugleman asked the people behind the black gates to attack the city.

 This book made me feel excited and adventurous.

The Keepers it is my favourite book.

The Hobbit

The Hobbit, JRR Tolkien

The Hobbit has characters such as Bilbo, Gandalf, Gollum and many more. Bilbo is a Hobbit who goes with Gandalf the wizard and 12 dwarfs to the lonely mountains to reclaim the dwarf’s kingdom and their treasure. Smaug is a dragon who is fierce and violent and is guarding all the treasure. On the journey Bilbo found a ring when he got captured by the goblins. The ring was the ring that ruled all the rings. The ring of power allowed the person who wears it be invisible. Bilbo used the ring to escape the goblins. Bilbo reminds me of myself because I always wanted to not be able to be seen.

My favorite part of the story was when they had the war called the battle of the five kingdoms. It was Dale, Elves, and Lakemen against the wargs and goblins. I liked it because it was a long chapter (about 80 pages) and it was where the kingdom was reclaimed.

I liked Gandalf best. He was a wizard, he was smart, wise helpful and friendly.

This book makes me want to go on an amazing adventure. When I read this book I felt a bit preoccupied with the great book.

InkHeart Review

   InkHeart is about this man called Capricorn who came out of a book and these other people who are named Mo, Dustfinger, Meggie, Farid and Elinor. They are trying to stop him taking over their world. The villans are Capricorn, Basta, Cockerell and lot’s more! Capricorn comes out of the same book as Meggies mum was read into nine years ago. Everytime something or someone comes out of a book something or someone has to go in. Who is to blame for all this? My favourite part of the story is the end.... That is all I can say because I don't want to give it away.  It is a cool book because it has some really good characters, my favorite is Farid. I like him because he is Dustfinger’s sort-of apprentice and Dustfinger teaches him to do something that helps out in the end (again, I don't want to give it away). It also has a ok movie. The characters did not come out how I thought they would look. I thought  Dustfinger had dark brown hair but in the movie he dirty dark blond hair. This book continues to two other books called InkSpell and InkDeath.  Meggie as the main character reads the villans back into the book!
